Gemma, here's what I've been building.
A quick walkthrough of the Content Engine — what it is, what it's already done for DoctoriumGP, and where the revenue opportunities are.
What the Content Engine actually is
You already have hundreds of posts across Instagram and TikTok. The problem is they were made for the feed — they got shown once, maybe twice, then they disappeared. Most of your best clinical content is now invisible.
The Content Engine takes that existing archive and turns it into platform-ready content for 10 different channels: LinkedIn articles, blog posts, email newsletters, X/Twitter threads, Reddit answers, YouTube descriptions, and refreshed social posts.
But here's the important bit — it's not just reformatting. Every piece is built around questions real people are actually searching for. That means when someone types "can HRT help with brain fog" into Google, our content surfaces. Not just today — for years.
The short version: Your existing social archive becomes a permanent, searchable library of clinical content that brings patients to us without paying for ads. Evergreen content, not throwaway posts.
How it works
social posts
processes them
source post
10 channels
Each source post generates LinkedIn articles, blog content, newsletter copy, social media refreshes, email sequences, and search-optimised Q&A content. All written in your voice, all clinically appropriate, all ready for your review before anything goes live.
The numbers so far
I've already processed the full DoctoriumGP social archive through the Content Engine. Here's what came out of it:
That's nearly 1,000 pieces of content across 10 channels — Facebook (DoctoriumGP and Aesthetics), TikTok, Instagram (DoctoriumGP and Dr Gemma), LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube (DoctoriumGP and Gemma), Pinterest, and Google Business. All generated from posts you've already made. No new filming, no new writing. Just your existing archive, restructured and optimised for search.
If we post 5 pieces per day across channels, that's over 6 months of daily content without creating a single new post. And because it's built around search queries, each piece continues working for us long after it's posted.
The evergreen advantage
Social media content has a half-life of about 24 hours. A LinkedIn article or blog post built around a question people actually search for? That surfaces for 2-3 years. We're building a content library, not a content treadmill.
Every piece is structured around real search queries — things like "perimenopause symptoms at 40", "is HRT safe long term", "menopause and joint pain". This is content that finds patients, rather than waiting for patients to find us.
This isn't just for DoctoriumGP
The B2B play: selling to other clinics
Every clinic that runs BTL machines (EMSella, EMSculpt, Exilis) has the same problem we had — great clinical content buried in social media feeds, no search presence, no content strategy.
I've identified 106 BTL clinics in the UK who run the same machines we do. They're the perfect first customers. Same content themes, same patient demographics, same pain points. We just process their archive the same way we processed ours.
Even just 10 clinics on the Scale tier is £2,970 per month recurring revenue. That's a new revenue stream from a tool we've already built for ourselves.
The RALTA brand
I'm proposing we sell this under a separate brand: RALTA — Powered by DoctoriumGP. This keeps our clinical brand separate from the marketing product, while still building credibility off the DoctoriumGP name. Happy to discuss the naming, but the structure makes sense — DoctoriumGP is a clinic, RALTA is a content platform for clinics.
Lead generation engine
Beyond the B2B sales, the Content Engine also drives patient acquisition for us directly. I've identified 382 hot leads on Reddit and X/Twitter — people actively asking questions about menopause, HRT, pelvic floor, body composition, and the exact services we offer. Reply templates are ready, built to be helpful first and gently point toward DoctoriumGP where relevant.
Nothing goes out under your name or the clinic's name without your review and approval. The reply templates are written, but they're waiting for you to sign off before any are posted. More on this in section 5.
Three new service lines, content-ready
Full content package ready: EMSella for male incontinence, andropause (the male menopause), and Brotox. The men's health space is wide open — almost no clinics are targeting it properly. Content is written, just needs scheduling.
Biological age testing via glycan biomarkers. We'd offer it as a £449 package — test, clinical interpretation, and recommendations. Positions DoctoriumGP at the leading edge of longevity medicine. Content engine has pieces ready for this service line.
The Employment Rights Act 2025 now makes menopause training mandatory for employers with 250+ staff. That's thousands of companies who now need accredited training providers. We can deliver this as in-person workshops, online courses, or a combination. Content is already built around the key compliance requirements. This is a B2B revenue stream that essentially sells itself — companies have no choice but to comply.
All three of these are content-ready. The articles, social posts, email sequences, and landing page copy are built. They just need your clinical sign-off and we can start driving traffic to them.
Your input to move forward
I've built this to be as low-friction for you as possible. There are no big time commitments here — just a few sign-offs so we can start getting this live.

Review the reply templates
382 leads identified on Reddit and X/Twitter. I've written reply templates that are helpful and non-pushy. Nothing goes out under your name or the clinic's name until you've reviewed and approved them. I'll send you a document with all the templates — should take about 20 minutes to read through.
-
Sign the heads of agreement
This covers the Content Engine as a B2B product and the RALTA branding. Nothing legally complex — it just formalises that we're both on board with selling this to other clinics. A verbal agreement is fine for now if you'd rather not deal with paperwork immediately.
-
Clinical sign-off on new service content
The men's health, GlycanAge, and workplace training content needs your clinical review before we publish. I'll send each batch separately so you can review them at your own pace.
-
Quick view of the content calendar
Nearly 1,000 pieces are scheduled across 10 channels. I'd like you to glance at the first week's posts to make sure you're comfortable with the tone and clinical accuracy. After that, it should be smooth sailing.
About 1-2 hours total, split however works for you. That unlocks 8+ months of automated content and a new B2B revenue stream. I'll handle everything else.

Patient AI chat on the dashboard
Planning an AI-powered patient chat feature — similar to Ways2Well's "Allan" system but built specifically for DoctoriumGP. Patients could ask questions about their results, get context on blood markers, and understand recommendations. All clinically supervised, all within the dashboard they already use.
RALTA brand launch
Separate branding for the Content Engine as a product. "RALTA — Powered by DoctoriumGP". Keeps the clinical brand clean while scaling the marketing tool.
